The short code delivery hub will be performing a planned maintenance November 4, 2025 at 3 AM CT. This maintenance will impact a subset of Convey short codes (Route 2). During this maintenance window, intermittent MMS delays are expected. MMS messages will be queued and processed after the maintenance.
