Planned Maintenance Notification - 03/31/2019 Mar 31, 22:00 - Apr 1, 02:00 CDT
Aerialink will be performing a maintenance beginning Sunday, March 31st at 10pm Central Time to be completed on Monday, April 1st at 2am Central Time. This maintenance will have some impact on all Aerialink services.

All code provisioning will be frozen during this time. Additionally, between 10:30pm to 11pm there may be intermittent disconnects from the API and SMSC, during which time inbound carrier MO traffic will be queued for later delivery but outbound MT traffic will not. Please note that outbound messages attempted at this time will not be sent.

The Platform Portal and Conversations will be online but messaging will be affected by the intermittent disconnects of the API and SMSC. Please note that the ability to retrieve and/or export MO reporting data via the Platform Portal for transactions preceding the maintenance will be impacted, in that those reports will become unavailable once the maintenance is concluded. If you require these reports after the time of the maintenance, please email support@aerialink.com with your request.

Scheduled - AT&T will be performing planned maintenance beginning March 21st, 2019 at 9:00pm Central Time. This maintenance will impact SMS and MMS messaging on toll-free (8XX) routes. Within the maintenance window, there may be latency for inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) traffic between toll-free numbers and AT&T subscribers, as well as latency for AT&T-originating DLR.

Scheduled - There is a scheduled industry-wide carrier maintenance to toll-free (8XX) Verizon routes beginning Saturday, March 16th, 2019 at 10pm Central Time and concluding eight hours later at 6am Central on Sunday March 17th. During this timeframe, there may be some intermittent delivery interruption and latency for inbound and outbound SMS and MMS, during which messages will queue for delivery when the interruption or latency has passed.

Additionally, please note that toll-free numbers published during this time may see delays with activation.

Resolved - DLR rates are being observed at normal levels. We continue to monitor this carrier-side issue, but consider this resolved at this time.

Monitoring - We are seeing some DLR rates returning to real-time and continue to monitor the issue as it resolves. We will update again when we see full resolution.

Investigating - We are currently witnessing some carrier-side DLR issues for toll-free SMS which may be result in some latency, message misalignment or unrequested DLR for 8XX (toll-free) traffic. We will investigate and monitor the issue and will provide updates as they arise.

Resolved - We have received confirmation that the Verizon delivery outage has been resolved and our monitoring has confirmed that messages are steadily flowing with full success and in real-time.

Update - Our operations team has been testing MO/MT to Verizon devices with some messages successfully delivered. The Verizon Wireless issue may be a degradation of service rather than a complete outage as some messages are flowing. We will continue to monitor and test. We will provide updates as we receive them.
