A2P Best-Practices Documentation
Incident Report for Aerialink
Resolved
A2P best practices and regulations help us reach consumers effectively while protecting their right to consent. This is why, in addition to complying with legal guidelines such as the FCC TCPA, all Aerialink customers sending A2P traffic must comply with CTIA and carrier guidelines to ensure best deliverability and end-user satisfaction. All content providers should familiarize themselves with CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices guidelines section 5 (Non-Consumer (A2P) Best Practices), as well as pay close attention to the guidelines provided on Aerialink Documentation regarding use-case, content and other aspects of messaging campaigns.
