There will be carrier-side maintenance to Canadian short code routes on July 23rd, 2020 beginning at 2:00am ET and ending at 4:00am ET. During this maintenance window, a thirty-minute disruption period is expected which may result in delays in outbound and inbound traffic, including DLR. Messages will be queued carrier-side during this time when necessary.
As mentioned, this is carrier-side maintenance and will not impact the uptime of Aerialink services such as the portal or API.
