Update
This is a reminder that Aerialink will be performing a maintenance beginning Saturday, April 13th at 11pm Central Time to be completed on Sunday, April 14th at 3am Central Time. This maintenance will have some impact on all Aerialink services.

All code provisioning will be frozen during this time. Additionally, between 11:00pm to 11:30pm there may be intermittent disconnects from the API and SMSC, during which time inbound carrier MO traffic will be queued for later delivery but outbound MT traffic will not. Please note that outbound messages attempted at this time will not be sent.

The Platform Portal and Conversations will be online but messaging will be affected by the intermittent disconnects of the API and SMSC. Please note that the ability to retrieve and/or export MO reporting data via the Platform Portal for transactions preceding the maintenance will be impacted, in that those reports will become unavailable once the maintenance is concluded. If you require these reports after the time of the maintenance, please email support@aerialink.com with your request.

This scheduled maintenance affected: API v3.4 - SMPP, API v4 - HTTPS, Message Delivery, Platform Management Portal, Conversations (Engine and Portal), and Messenger Engine.
