A short code carrier partner will be performing emergency maintenance impacting short code (route 1) SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT and to finish November 5, 2026 by 11:00 PM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent service interruption impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS messaging via short code (route 1).
