Scheduled - Small U.S. carriers will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting toll-free SMS and MMS services.

The maintenance is scheduled to begin Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 2:00 AM PT and to finish January 20, 2026 by 4:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delivery delays impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS and MMS via toll-free with these small U.S. carriers' subscribers.

During this period of time, customers may experience elevated HTTP 400s authentication errors and invalid source address errors. For SMPP connections, the ESME may reject messages. Inbound message (MO) and DLR delivery delays are expected, as well as some failures.
