We have received notice from the 10DLC delivery hub regarding an issue wherein T-Mobile subscribers attempting to send a text message towards a long code may receive a handset response, "Sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later“. It is estimated that this occurrence is impacting a small subset of long codes. The operator is targeting to deploy a fix on April 2nd, 2025. We will provide updates as we receive them. If you identify a long code that is impacted by this issue prior to April 2, please submit a support ticket and we will work with the hub for a manual fix in the interim.
