Our carrier partner will be performing maintenance impacting short code (route 1) MMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM PT and to finish July 7, 2026, by 9:00 PM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency due to brief queuing impacting MMS inbound (MO), outbound (MT), and delivery receipts (DLR) MMS via short code (route 1)
