A short code carrier partner will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting short code (route 1 & route 2) SMS and MMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 2:00 AM PT and to finish March 26, 2026 by 4:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delivery delays impacting inbound (MO) SMS and MMS messaging via short code (route 1 & route 2).
