Small U.S. carriers will be performing emergency maintenance impacting short code (route 1) SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Monday, July 13, 2026 at 10:00 PM PT and to finish July 14, 2026 by 12:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting outbound (MT) SMS via short code (route 1) with these small U.S. carriers' subscribers.
