A 10DLC carrier partner will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting 10DLC SMS services in Dallas and Chicago.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Thursday, June 7, 2026, at 9:00 PM PT and to finish on June 8, 2026 by 3:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS messaging via 10DLC in Dallas and Chicago. .
