A toll-free carrier partner will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting toll-free SMS services for US and Canada
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 8:00 PM PT and to finish May 7, 2026 by 12:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delivery delays impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via toll-free subscribers.
