A toll-free carrier partner will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting toll-free SMS and MMS services for the United States and Canada.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Wednesday, Sept 23, 2026 at 8:00 PM PT and to finish Sept 24, 2026 by 12:00 AM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delay impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS and MMS messaging via toll-free for the United States and Canada.
