Our Vendor Partner will be performing emergency maintenance impacting all sender types (route 1) for SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Monday, June 15, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT and to finish June 15, 2026 by 11:00 PM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS and delivery receipts via all sender types (route 1).
