At 1:10 PM CDT, our carrier partner has received notification regarding an issue in the processing of messages intended for the AT&T Operator.
MT / MO & DR messages may experience latency.

Final - Our carrier partner has been officially notified by AT&T that the reported issue has been resolved as of 01:22 CDT. There is no observed backlog, and normal traffic flow has been restored as expected.
