Verizon will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting short code (route 1) SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT and to finish September 27, 2026 by 10:00 PM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via short code (route 1) with Verizon subscribers.
