The short code delivery hub will be performing an unplanned maintenance October 20, 2025 at 11 PM CT. This maintenance will impact a subset of Aerialink Convey short codes (Route 1). During this maintenance window, SMPP binds may intermittently disconnect and reconnect, and SMS latency may be experienced. One region will be down for less than 15 minutes, followed by the other during this maintenance activity. Due to regional redundancy, clients will be able to continue to send messaging to the operational region.
