Our carrier partner will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting all sender types (Route 2) MMS services for the United States, Canada, & Australia.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 1:00 AM PT and to finish August 13, 2026 by 3:30 AM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delay impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) MMS messaging (Route 2) via all sender types for the United States, Canada, & Australia.
