The issue impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS and missing/late delivery receipts via all sender types with Globe Telecom has concluded, and the Vendor partner has confirmed that previously impacted services have been restored to pre-incident health. Message delivery is now operating normally.

We are continuing to investigate the carrier-partner incident currently impacting all sender types SMS services.

Customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS and missing/late delivery receipts via all sender types with Globe Telecom.

The cause of this issue is under investigation at this time.
