A short code carrier partner will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting short code (route 1 & route 2) SMS and MMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Thursday, October 20, 2026, at 2:00 AM PT and to finish October 20, 2026, by 4:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delivery delays impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS and MMS messaging via short code (route 1 & route 2).
