A toll-free carrier partner will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting toll-free SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 8:00 PM PT and to finish April 2, 2026 by 12:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delivery delays impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS messaging via toll-free.
