A carrier partner will be performing unplanned maintenance impacting SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 09:00 PM PT and to finish Thursday, July 23, 2026, by 06:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO), outbound (MT), and delivery receipt (DR) messaging.
