Verizon will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting toll-free SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 8:00 PM PT and to finish April 8, 2026 by 1:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via toll-free with Verizon subscribers.
