A 10DLC carrier partner will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting 10DLC SMS and MMS services for Chicago.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 8:00 PM PT and to finish March 13, 2026 by 2:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delivery delays impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS and MMS messaging via 10DLC for Chicago.
