The maintenance is scheduled to begin Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 8:00 PM PT and to finish December 18, 2025 by 12:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delay or failure to message delivery for inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS and MMS messaging via toll-free to or from the U.S. and Canada.
