Small U.S. carriers will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting toll-free and short code (route 1) SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT and to finish October 22, 2026 by 11:00 PM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delay impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via toll-free and short code (route 1) with these small U.S. carriers' subscribers.
