Small U.S. carriers will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting short code (route 1) SMS services- US region.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 2:00 AM PT and to finish March 31, 2026 by 4:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via short code (route 1) with these small U.S. carriers' subscribers.
