T-Mobile will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting short code (route 1) SMS and MMS services for Americas -US region.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 10:00 PM PT and to finish January 8, 2026, by 5:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS and MMS messaging via short code (route 1) with T-Mobile subscribers.
