Verizon will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting short code (route 2) and toll-Free SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Friday, April 3, 2026 at 1:00 AM PT and to finish April 3, 2026 by 7:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delay impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via short code (route 2) and toll-free with Verizon subscribers.
