T-Mobile will be performing emergency maintenance impacting short code (route 1&2) SMS and MMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Monday, July 20, 2026, at 7:00 PM PT and to finish July 21, 2026, by 05:00 AM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS and MMS via short code (route 1&2) with T-Mobile subscribers.
