A short code carrier partner will be performing emergency maintenance impacting short code SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Monday, March 23, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT and to finish March 23, 2026 by 11:00 PM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS messaging via short code.
