Verizon will be performing a scheduled maintenance impacting SMS services via all sender types (route 1) in US.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT and to finish April 22, 2026 by 2:00 AM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS messaging via all sender types (route 1) with Verizon subscribers.
