T-Mobile will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting short code (route 1) SMS services for (US & CANADA regions).
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 9:00 PM PT and to finish January 7, 2026, by 4:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS messaging via short code (route 1) with T-Mobile subscribers.
