A short code carrier partner will be performing emergency maintenance impacting short code (route 1) SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Friday, November 6, 2026 at 10:30 PM PST and is expected to finish Saturday, November 7, 2026 by 12:30 AM PST. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent service interruption impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS messaging via short code (route 1).
