A 10DLC carrier partner will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting 10DLC SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 8:00 PM PT and to finish October 8, 2026 by 5:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS messaging via 10DLC.
