THIS MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY AUGUST 26.

The maintenance that was slated for Aug 20 has been rescheduled to Tuesday, Aug 26 01:00am CST.

THIS MAINTENANCE IMPACTS ONLY THOSE ACCOUNTS THAT ARE USING AERIALINK V4 GATEWAY.

MAINTENANCE DATE/TIME:
-Start Date/Time (CST): 2025-08-26 01:00am CST
-Expected End Date/Time (CST): 2025-08-26 06:00am CST
-Expected duration: 5 hours

ACCOUNTS IMPACTED:
Accounts that are running traffic through our v4 gateway. This also includes Service Providers using the Conversations application.

ACTIONS REQUIRED:
1. For those customer application environments that whitelist IPs, include both sets of IP ranges (v4 Oregon IPs, and new v5 Ohio IPs) . Don't remove the v4 Oregon IPs until after the cutover. Add this new range before this scheduled maintenance date. US-EAST-2 Ohio 3.15.36.176/28 (3.15.36.176 - 3.15.36.191).
2. v4 gateway SMPP-connected customers may need to rebind after maintenance is completed.
3. Use the new v5 Admin Portal after the cutover to view new transactions. Our team will be sending a follow up email with further details.

SERVICES IMPACTED:
Message delivery latency may be experienced for v4 gateway users that are being cutover to v5 gateway. Includes API, SMPP, MM4 and Conversations.
v4 Admin Portal will not show new transactions after the cutover, please use v5 Admin Portal.

In our continuous effort to improve the service quality we provide to our customers, Aerialink will be performing an important planned maintenance on Wednesday, August 20th to cutover traffic from our current v4 gateway to our upgraded v5 gateway — offering enhanced scalability for traffic expansion, resiliency and reliability. There should be no impact to accounts that have already been migrated to v5.

-Start Date/Time (CST): 2025-08-20 01:00am CST
-Expected End Date/Time (CST): 2025-08-20 06:00am CST
-Expected duration: 5 hours
