A carrier partner will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting SMS services for France, United Kingdom, Germany, Russia, Italy, Netherlands, French’s overseas territory, Ireland and Hong Kong
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Monday, April 13, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT and to finish April 14, 2026 by 12:00 AM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent non-delivery impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS messaging via all sender types (route 1) for UK5
