T-Mobile will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting toll-free SMS and MMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 8:00 PM PT and to finish December 3, 2025 by 4:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delivery delays impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS and MMS messaging via toll-free with T-Mobile subscribers.
