There is a carrier-partner incident currently impacting Aerialink short code (route 2) SMS services.

Customers may experience intermittent delivery delays impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via short code (route 2) with Verizon.

The cause of this issue is under investigation at this time.
