Our toll-free carrier partner will be performing emergency maintenance impacting toll-free SMS delivery receipts services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT and to finish February 11, 2026 by 2:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience partial DLR loss impacting SMS delivery receipts messaging via toll-free.
