Investigating

There is a carrier-partner incident currently impacting all sender types SMS services(route 2) for Mexico.

Customers may experience intermittent delayed outbound (MT) and inbound (MO) SMS, missing/late delivery receipts via all sender types with AT&T.

The cause of this issue is under investigation at this time.
