Small U.S. carriers will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting short code (route 1) SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 8:00 PM PT and to finish April 30, 2026 by 10:00 PM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via short code (route 1) with these small U.S. carriers' subscribers.
