Verizon will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting toll-free SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT and to finish April 1, 2026 by 3:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delivery delays impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via toll-free with Verizon subscribers.
