A 10DLC carrier partner will be performing unplanned maintenance impacting 10DLC SMS and MMS services.

The maintenance is scheduled to begin Wednesday, Nov 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM PST and is expected to finish Wednesday, Nov 4, 2026 at 8:00 PM PST.

During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS and MMS messaging via 10DLC.
