AT&T will be performing emergency maintenance impacting short code (route 1) SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and to finish May 12, 2026 by 4:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via short code (route 1) with AT&T subscribers.
