The maintenance is scheduled to begin Sunday, Sept 27, 2026 at 7:30 PM PT and to finish Sept 28, 2026 by 3:30 AM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via short code (route 1) with these subscribers.
