Vendor partner will be performing emergency maintenance impacting 10DLC SMS DLR
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Monday, February 23, 2026, at 9:00 PM PT and to finish February 24, 2026, by 2:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience DLR loss for some 10 DLC senders for outbound (MT) SMS via some 10DLC senders
Note: This maintenance is not impacting any deliveries of messages, only DLR loss expected for few minutes
