Our carrier partner will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting toll-free SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Monday, January 12, 2026 at 8:30 PM PT and to finish January 13, 2026 by 2:30 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delivery delays impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS messaging via toll-free subscribers.
