Our carrier partner will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting short code (route 1) SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Monday, July 6, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT and to finish July 7, 2026 by 1:00 AM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO), outbound (MT) SMS and loss of delivery receipts via short code (route 1) with these subscribers.
